1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Prospector ("the Platform"), operated for coworking and flexible workspace teams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Service Description and Human Oversight
Prospector provides business research synthesis, commercial real estate signal intelligence, and outreach assistance for authorized workspace operators.
Human-in-the-Loop Requirement: All sales emails, messages, and external communications composed or suggested by Prospector require explicit human review and authorization before transmission. The Platform does not engage in autonomous or unmonitored mass-emailing.
3. Connected Mailboxes and Operator Responsibilities
When an operator connects a Google Workspace, Gmail, or Microsoft Outlook mailbox:
- You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the connected email account for commercial outreach.
- You remain solely responsible for the content, accuracy, recipient selection, and compliance of all communications sent via your connected mailbox.
- You agree to comply with all applicable communication laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and anti-spam regulations.
4. Data Accuracy and Non-Fabrication
Prospector prioritizes source-backed public intelligence and contact verification. We do not manufacture fictitious activity, false delivery confirmations, or fabricated engagement metrics.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall Prospector or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
